Rexal GP 25 is semi-liquid grease which contains a synergistic blend of high purity graphite, anti-wear additives and surface-active compounds. Rexal GP 25 is specially formulated for Outotec pelletising plants as a sliding beltlubricant that inhibits wear of the sliding plates and the stainless-steel sliding belt. The ideal working temperature range is between 20° C to 350° C.
Graphitex® A131 is a concentrated suspension of high purity crystalline graphite of colloidal fineness with reactive bonding agents and deflocculates. Prior to application the concentrate should be diluted with tap water.
Dilution ratios: 1 part of Graphitex® A131 + 3 to 5 parts of tap water The diluted Graphitex® A131 should be applied to the preheated anode stubs by means of spraying or dipping. After the evaporation of water, a smooth graphite coating with 40-to-60-micron thickness will be formed. This conductive and self lubricating film resists operating temperatures more than 700° C.
REXAL SL-4 is a semi-liquid graphite grease which contains a synergistic blend of high purity graphite and solid lubricants in conjunction with anti-wear additives and antisettling agents.
